Unlike other routes, Marangu offers hut accommodations at all overnight stops, making it an attractive option for those who prefer not to camp in tents. This route is ideal for beginners due to its gradual ascent and well-defined paths. The Marangu Route is the only route that uses the same path for both ascent and descent.
